Packaging & Preparation
Once we’ve confirmed your order, allow 1–2 business days for our team to pick, pack, and quality-check your items. If anything unexpected comes up (inventory issues or address questions), we’ll alert you by email right away.

Shipment Notification
The moment your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, so you can watch its progress in real time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Window

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over 13.99$ to addresses in quzant.

  • Estimated transit time: 10–12 business days (holiday seasons may add a few extra days).

  • Note: We currently cannot ship to U.S. military bases.

We ship each order to one address only, so please double-check your shipping details before you checkout.

Delays & Refunds
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, simply let us know and we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked. For any other delivery hiccups, submit a support request and we’ll reply within 12 hours.

Before You Contact Us

  • Sometimes carriers tuck packages behind planters or porch furniture—please check around your property first.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your order, reach out to the carrier directly (details in your shipment email). If they can’t help, we’ll step in at info@quzant.com.

Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: We’re not responsible for packages undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect information. If you spot an error after ordering, email info@quzant.com ASAP. (Keep in mind our warehouse team may ship within 48 hours.)

  • Taxes & Duties: quzant is not liable for any destination-imposed customs fees, duties, or taxes. All such charges are your responsibility.

  • Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If your package is returned after multiple delivery attempts or refusal, quzant reserves the right to cancel the order without a refund.
